New Ross Squire display home

THE latest Ross Squire Homes design is a modern farmhouse-style home with plenty of country charm.

Ross Squire Homes general manager Steve Grehan said the new display home was scheduled for construction in 2019.

“The home was designed as a contemporary take on the rustic Australian homestead, warm and inviting with a striking façade” he said.

“This design has strong street appeal and is a seamless fit with the farmhouse vernacular of the area.”

With sizable veranda and stone clad chimney, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has a large open plan layout split into three distinct zones.

“Its spacious kitchen with scullery and walk-in pantry will make meal preparations a breeze.”

The generously sized living area flows seamlessly out to the covered alfresco area, creating an ideal entertaining space.

The main bedroom is a spacious retreat that includes a walk-in robe and ensuite with twin vanity.

A key facet of this home is the familiar and functional foundation that marries rustic features with modern amenities.

A public competition is currently running to decide the name of the new design.

“We are looking forward to hearing what the community thinks of the new design and what creative names they come up with.”

Details of the competition can be found on the Ross Squire Homes website at rsh.com.au and social media.
