Three arrested after burglaries

ELLENBROOK Police have charged three men after a series of home burglaries in Brabham, Henley Brook and Ellenbrook earlier this month.

WA Police said search warrants executed at residences in Brabham and Henley Brook resulted in items stolen during the home burglaries being located.

Two 18-year-old men and a 19-year-old man all from Henley Brook have each been charged with seven counts of aggravated home burglary and commit, seven counts of stealing, two counts of criminal damage and one count of stealing a motor vehicle.

The three men are all next due to appear before the Midland Magistrates Court on Friday, September 28.

Ellenbrook Police officer-in-charge Wal Brierley said the three offenders had been active for a while but had finally been located and arrested them as a result of some good and timely feedback from community members.

“My team worked tirelessly through the night after the suspects were arrested Wednesday, September 12 in the early afternoon and then continued to work linking owners to recovered stolen property,’’ he said.
