Vale popular with buyers

MORE than 3800 blocks have sold in the Vale development in Aveley with about 10,000 residents now calling the area home.

Stockland WA general manager residential Col Dutton said easy access to playgrounds, schools and shops was driving demand from families, with some buyers following their parents, siblings or friends into Vale.

“Vale offers a variety of lots to suit all budgets and for this reason we’re starting to see a multi-generational trend of buyers – from young couples taking their first steps on the property ladder to families seeking an upgrade into their dream home,” he said.

“Buyers are particularly drawn to the cutting-edge amenities planned for the community, such as the $3 million Aviary Creek Park, which is expected to open next month.”

A family connection to the community inspired residents Tiffany Crago and Steven Jones to build a home together in Vale in 2013.

Ms Crago said Steven and his two brothers initially built in Vale in 2010 and after discovering it was an affordable and wonderful community they decided to build there soon after.
