Make Smoking History Targa West, will take place from September 16 to 19, across Ellenbrook, Whiteman Park, Parkerville, Toodyay, Chittering, Bullsbrook and the legendary Kalamunda Zig Zag.

Event director Ross Tapper said there was a wide calibre of applicants at this year’s event, with 15 rookie racers joining the field for the first time.

“It’s safe to say that West Australian competitors are making the most of it with all of our state’s top rally drivers in the entry list,” he said.

“It’ll mean tough competition and a great show for spectators,” he said.
