MCDONALD’S has started construction on a new restaurant in Kalamunda which the company says will inject more than $10 million into the local economy and create more than 100 jobs for local construction workers and restaurant employees.
Once opened, Macca’s Kalamunda will operate from 5.30am to 11.30pm, seven days a week.
The new restaurant will be fitted with modern decor and feature a dual lane drive through, dedicated partner delivery room, McCafé and PlayPlace for customers to enjoy.
McDonald’s WA regional director Brendon McPhail said McDonald’s Kalamunda was committed to playing an active role in the local community through providing jobs, training and development opportunities, as well as supporting local causes and groups that are important to our customers and people.
“We look forward to serving up our great tasting, great quality menu once the restaurant opens later this year,” he said.
The new store will be located at the corner of Heath and Canning Road, Kalamunda.
