Shire of Mundaring has released two designs for its multi-purpose community facility (MPCF) following community feedback into the creation of the town’s new cultural precinct which aims to revitalise the Mundaring town centre.

A key component is the rationalisation of a range of civic and community facilities, such as the Albert Facey Memorial Library, multi-purpose community spaces and a range of other community services, into a new MPCF.

The concepts show two versions of the reimagined cultural precinct in which the new facility will be built between Sculpture Park and Craig Street.

Residents are encouraged to undertake a short 10-minute survey which closes Thursday, July 13 and is available on the shire’s website.
