NOMINATIONS are now open for the 2024 Outstanding Enterprise Awards hosted by the Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce.
The awards are in its 18th year and are a platform to gain recognition for local entities and the positive impact their dedication has on Kalamunda’s community.
Nominees do not need to be a member of the Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce to enter the business excellence awards and nomination is free.
For each nominee who completes their submission, names will be entered into the draw to win jewellery to the value of $500 donated by Matusik Jewellers.
For the first time, all businesses that complete an award submission are automatically entered into the people’s choice award with the winner to be decided by the attendee’s popular vote.
There are 15 separate categories to nominate for and not-for-profit enterprises as well as individuals can also nominate for the awards.
Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce chairperson Jon Elbery said the organisation was proud to bring back the awards to showcase another round of Kalamunda’s local heroes.
“Kalamunda is home to a thriving network of businesses, not for profit organisations and individuals driving community activation,” he said.
“We’re proud to shine a spotlight on our local heroes.
“The 18th Annual Outstanding Enterprise Awards celebrate the businesses and individuals that go above and beyond.
“We encourage everyone to head to our website and nominate their favourites.”
Entrants are not limited to one nomination and may submit their businesses for any number of categories where entrants may be successful in more than one category.
Nominations close September 18, and the awards night will be held at Chalet Rigi on November 2.
