
MAJOR crash investigation section officers are investigating a serious crash that occurred in Glen Forrest on Friday, September 4.
About 1.55pm, a white BMW motorcycle was travelling eastbound on Great Eastern Highway when a white Volkswagen Caddy, also travelling eastbound, moved into its path, causing the rider to lose control and crash.
The 75-year-old male rider of the motorcycle was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of serious injuries received.
The 40-year-old male driver of the Volkswagen was not injured.

About 8.35pm, a red Mazda 3 sedan was travelling north on Sawyers Road, near Goodwin Place, when it left the roadway and collided with a power pole before rolling.
The 20-year-old male driver of the vehicle died from his injuries at the scene.

OFFICERS from the major crash investigation section are seeking the public’s assistance for information as they investigate a fatal crash that occurred in Muchea on Friday, August 21.
About 3.25pm, a silver Ford Falcon utility towing a trailer and a grey Toyota Hilux utility collided at the intersection of Muchea East Road and Wandena Road.
The 57-year-old male driver of the Ford Falcon died at the scene as a result of injuries sustained in the crash. His 56-year-old female passenger was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital.
The 32-year-old female driver of the Toyota Hilux was conveyed by ambulance to Joondalup Health Campus.
