WHEATBELT traffic officers are seeking information regarding a serious crash in Woottating, west of York last Friday, December 15.

About 7.30am, a yellow Hyundai Accent hatch was being driven on Great Southern Highway, when it left the road.

It is believed the Hyundai struck a tree and rolled. The 18-year-old male driver was trapped in the vehicle.

St John WA and Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel attended the scene, and the man was flown by the RAC Rescue helicopter to Royal Perth Hospital.
