Nominate for the 2026 WA Youth Awards

Nominations remain open for the 2026 WA Youth Awards, recognising young leaders, volunteers and innovators making positive contributions across Western Australia.

NOMINATIONS are closing soon for the 2026 WA Youth Awards which aim to shine a light on our young community leaders, volunteers and innovators.

The awards celebrate the passion, resilience and impact of young people aged 10 to 25 and their outstanding achievements and positive contributions to the community.

The awards also reward outstanding groups and organisations that serve and support the state’s young people.

The award categories are Lived Experience, Most Outstanding Youth Worker, Young Changemaker, Collective Action, Rising Voice, Milestone, Memorial, Action and Collaboration.

Category winners receive a $1000 prize.

The WA Young Person of the Year award will be selected from all categories which honour individuals. The WA Young Person of the Year receives a $10,000 project allowance to pursue youth-related initiatives across the state.

The WA Youth Awards take place on Friday, September 11 at the Pan Pacific Hotel.

Nominations, which close Monday, June 8 are quick and easy to submit, and nominees can nominate either themselves or someone else.
