THE historic Nikola Estate acreage is set to transform into an Easter themed playground this weekend as the winery hosts a highly anticipated Easter Egg Hunt and Family Festival on Sunday, April 5.

The event invites local families to 148 Dale Road, Middle Swan to celebrate the Easter long weekend amongst the estate’s vineyard grounds.

The festival will begin at 11.30am with a giant easter egg hunt across the grounds for families to explore and find hidden easter eggs.

Organisers are encouraging families to arrive before the 11.30am launch to ensure their children are ready and waiting when the chocolate hunt begins.

After the initial egg search, the festival grounds will feature a junior obstacle course and dedicated carnival fun zone.

The event lineup includes a variety of outdoor entertainment options such as junior axe throwing, mini golf, and a bouncy castle.

Live DJ entertainment will provide a soundtrack for the day as various lawn games are spread across the estate’s grassed areas.

While the younger attendees participate in the scheduled activities, adults can relax and enjoy food, wine, beer, and drinks provided by the estate.

The festival is being held as a free entry event with no prior bookings required for those attending the Swan Valley celebrations.

Visitors are encouraged to find a space on the lawns and settle in for the duration of the festive program.

The combination of scenery and organised activities aims to provide a full day of entertainment for all ages within the Middle Swan location.
