A 248-run opening partnership between Dylan Sharman (135 runs from 163 balls) and James Kirwan (120 runs from 179 balls) led to a comprehensive six-wicket victory over Gosnells for Midland-Guildford’s 1st grade’s.
The completed two-day match ended with Midland-Guildford’s 1st grade posting 4-136 while Gosnells finished with 10-199 and 3-60.
Across the grades, it was a second victory of the season for the male 2nd grade who posted 7/312 led by Kelly Jones (82 runs from 178 faced) and Jordan Roads (77 runs from 89 balls).
Zac Howard led the bowling attack with five wickets for 58 runs off 25 overs as they won by 42 runs 7-312 to Gosnells 10-270.
The male 3rd grade lost 10-158 to Gosnells 4-195, while the male 4th grade won by 19 runs, finishing 10-179 to Gosnells 10-160.
