SWAN Districts kicked the last four goals of the game with the first three from Leigh Kohlmann to break their drought at Revo Fitness Stadium and beat Claremont by 17 points on Saturday.

Swans came into the game having not won at Tigerland since 2013 and before the redevelopment took place, but also having lost their past three matches this season.

The black-and-whites needed the win on Saturday and had to dig deep, but ended up kicking the last four goals of the game to secure the 9.9 (63) to 6.10 (46) victory and improve to a 2-3 record on the season and back into fifth position on the WAFL ladder.

Leigh Kohlmann continued his standout start to the season as the main target in attack for Swan Districts kicking another four goals from seven kicks and three marks, including the first three goals of the last quarter.

Jesse Glass-McCasker also kicked two goals for the black-and-whites as that second marking option up forward.

Swans also had some huge ball winners throughout the afternoon led by Nik Rokahr with 32 possessions while Jesse Turner racked up 30 disposals, Josh Cipro 25, Aidan Clarke 22, Jarvis Pina 22, Jackson McLachlan 22, Jye Chalcraft 21 and Nathan Blakely 19 to go with 13 hit outs and five tackles in the ruck.
