FAMILIES are invited to enjoy a free day of learning, support and entertainment when Baby Expo 2025 returns on Tuesday, September 9.

This Shire of Mundaring community event is a celebration of pregnancy, birth and early childhood, bringing together local experts, hands-on activities and plenty of fun for the whole family.

Proudly presented by the Child and Parent Centre Swan with support from the Shire of Mundaring’s family, children and youth services team, the expo is a much-loved annual event for parents and carers.

Shire of Mundaring President Paige McNeil said the expo offered a rare combination of fun and practical support.

“Raising young children comes with many questions, and Baby Expo 2025 is a wonderful way for families to learn more about the supports available in our community,” she said.

“It also provides a chance for parents to meet others on a similar journey, while children enjoy engaging activities designed just for them.”

Visitors can connect with a wide range of local organisations and services, including the Ngala Parenting Line, Telethon Speech and Hearing, Midvale Hub Parenting Service Perth North East, Kidsafe WA, Moorditj Koort, Consano Pelvic Health, East Metro Health Service, Kids Hub and Women’s Health.

Alongside information and resources, the expo will feature face painting, a cuddly animal farm, messy play activities, raffles, giveaways, baby photography and much more.

The event will be held on Tuesday, September 9 from 10am to 12.30pm at the Child and Parent Centre Swan, 211 Clayton Street, Koongamia.

To ensure everyone is catered for, attendees are encouraged to register via the shire's registration webpage.
