MAJOR crash investigation section officers are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in Parkerville on Tuesday, November 26.

WA Police said about 5pm, a white Hino light truck and a white Hyundai Elantra sedan, collided at the intersection of Great Eastern Highway and Brooking Road in Parkerville.

The 96-year-old male driver of the Hyundai Elantra sustained serious injuries and was conveyed by ambulance to St John of God Hospital Midland where he later died.

The 48-year-old male driver of the Hino truck was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital as a precaution.
