A concert playing 60s, 70s and 80s classics is raising funds to help quadruple amputee survivor of meningococcal septicemia Jessica Halden become independent.
The new application is for the land around Wedgetail Circle in Parkerville, which would see the area divided into 67 rural residential lots at a minimum of 2ha each, with some as large as 8ha.
